Leoras refeed/maintenance diary

I dont expect people to read this as itl probs be pretty boring but for my own record i suppose :) i have read the refeed sheet up on here about a million times already even though this is only my first morning without TFR! I am intending on trying to stay on 2 maintenance bars/whips and a normal dinner for the most part of a couple of weeks unless lipotrim email me back otherwise and tell me i cant do this and have to follow the refeed properly first.Soo here goess! Just made my first cup of tea with skimmed milk and sweetner and whizzed up the chocolate whip which is now in the fridge to eat soon...

So just had my cup of tea and could not contain my excitement (hence the name cuppatee :p) Was lovely!! Just tried my chocolate whip too and pleasantly suprised it tastes okay!Kind of like eating angel delight in my head.Its quite filling so only managed half will eat the rest in a bit hopefully.

Good luck on your refeed hon:) You are gona still lose weight if using 2 maintainance products. I did refeed and using just food right now, still very scared and not sure sometimes what I am doing:)

Thanks Justdi :) how did you find the whole refeeding?i mite refeed my lunches next week as i have a party on the saturday but stil want to lose a bit more so will try and use the maintenances twice a day as much as possible.

So took me till half 4 to finish off my lunch maintenance choc whip as i found it quite filling and sickly,but a good thing i suppose at least no hunger, had my dinner of 4oz of chicken breast and 2 tablespoons of peas(as im so fussy with salad) All good for day 1 so far :)

Refeeding was ok. At least everything writen by grams and meals. Its difficult start eating right because all what chemist sugested was to stay on maintainance shakes and 1 or 2 meals. But no suggestions how to live just with normal food. I think we cant stay with lipo all our life have start live real life. At the moment I am counting kcal and exercising, mainly walking almost every day. Still live with big kcal deficit, but my weight not going up or down. Maybe another chemists are more supportive, but mine is not interested in anything else just sell more shakes. Good luck to you.

Thats good you seem to be doing pretty well with healthy living :) not good about the calorie deficit stil though i suppose :( yeah same here really pharmacist didnt give me refeed sheet only the maintenance leaflet :/ thank god for minimins! im guessing if you follow the refeed correct your okay with food normally after a week or so. Fingers crossed!

Day 2 going good so far :) chocolatr whip for breakfast was alot more appetising than yesterday and i had a caramel maintenance for lunch which was yum :) just had a diet lemonade but has made me feel icky and a bit sick..Weird! Weighed out all my dinner for tonight having 4oz tuna,4oz potatoes,and 2 tbsps peas.Fiigured i could skip day 2 as im on 2 maintenance a day but keeping the potatoes low until tomorow so its not a big jump of carbs.

Day 4 and dont know if this is connected to now eating but have a few really sore spot/ulcer things on my tongue :/ weird! Lovely being able to eat dinners now .Anxious for tuesday weigh in to see whats happened.

Hi, hon:) I had mouth ulcers aswell, lots of them. My GP adviced use garlic as much as possible, even just chew for some time and spit it. You need to do this after any long time fasting. Try use garlic in your salads, anywhere and you gona be all right. Actually I was craving for garlic, so probably we have listen to our bodies more. Good luck dear.

So its weigh in tommorow and really nervous! Am hoping to lose 1-2lb a week doing maintenance,if i dont lose in these first couple of weeks thinking of asking to go back onto tfr already,just to shift the last 7lbs so im happy...hmm fingers crossed

Yeah they took me off at as my bmi is 25 now but only just about in the healthy range,im sure if maintenance doesnt work for me though they might consider letting me back on it for a couple of weeks to lose the last 7lbs.Am hoping i get along with maintenance though :)

I enjoyed the maintenance cuppa, when I was on hols and the products except the veg soup was tasty. I used to get the wee packets of John West Tuna its done in a dressing and a mini pitta and put it in it with a drizzle of salad cream or low fat mayo and it was delicious and surprisingly filling. I still drank water as it helps fill me up. You will do grand as your soo in the right frame of mind x

Weigh ins done and i maintained :) hopefully i get a lb loss next week!

As the times getting on im gradually gettiny hungrier and the chocolate whips are less appetising!eaten under 900 cals every day tho varying every day, so i hope this is in my favour

Sooo was craving sweetness and had some left over cake icing..feeling even, crappier than i did before it..been a draining couple of days with my lil boy quite ill.hope this hasnt ruined week 2 of maintenance already :(
