Lost a 1lb last week, so was really pleased with that. This week however could be a little more difficult due to having a day out with the girls on Saturday!! Drinking, chocolate & lunch out!! Had a blast though and dont feel bad about it just started fresh yesterday! Oh and its * week so not holding much hope for Thursdays weigh in!

Just been looking back at my diary and realised its actually a very boring read! Need to make more of an effort. Todays menu isnt going to look great as i forgot my lunch so just going to go with what packets are in my work drawer! I did remember banana and Grapes though. I feel i have lost my way a little at the moment, dont seem to have the motivation then wonder why i have not lost anything! HELP ME. Right here is todays menu-

Had a weekend off slimming world as myself, hubby and daughter went on a mini cruise! There was no way that i was not eating all that fantastic food. But it has come at a price - 4lb on this morningwhen i weighed at home! I am hoping that will be gone by weigh in on Thursday. Cant really justify 4lb on as didnt eat enough for that - maybe 2lb at the most. Although it is star week and that doesnt help.

Not going to weigh in tonight, weighed at home this morning and still showing a good gain and dont see the point of paying to be told something i already know. At least now i have a week to lose the weight i popped on and hopefully a little more!

Just been reading your diary and your mini cruise sounded like you all had a great time - i don't blame you for enjoying the grub. If i can make a tiny suggestion - go to WI tonight, you know you will have gained - i did the same last week, my friend persuaded me to go and it really spurred me on to do well this week. No matter what the scales say, the meetings are never a waste of time. Whatever you decide to do, keep up the good work and keep up with the diary too - really helps us all. x
