started on tuesday 7th may . day 1 went well apart from kids having sickness bug
wednesday 8th may day 2 went well (a loss already) been really busy germ busting most of today
 
thursday 9th may. day 3 gone really well . drank loads of water to keep the hunger away and kept busy all day
 
Excellent. Way to go with the water, I do find that bit the hardest!
 
friday 10th may. day 4 went well
saturday 11th may, day 5 outside most of the day helping other half fix the car .
running in when it rains and waiting for the rain to stop .
it took us awhile to do, british bloody weather .
 
Sunday 12th may, day 6. I did not drink enough water today. Opps.
Monday 13th may, day 7 . Tom turned up so I'm not going to weigh in this week . So weigh in will be next week -
 
tuesday 14th may, day 8
feel bloated sore belly (tom)
school run in the rain ,walked to town in the rain
spent most of this evening a sleep on the sofa

thursday 16th may, day 10
ohhh had gammon (cut all the fat off) and brocolli cauli for dinner.
it was lovely as been having lots of salads lately
done some weeding in the garden as it was nice outside
 
friday17th may. day 11
really good day. internet now sorted and working properly so can get on here more whoooooopy
breakfast , strawberry shake
lunch, chicken soup
dinner will be a chicken salad and a milk choc truffa bar later on
so far 3 teas 3 peppermint tea and a litre of water
 
saturday 18th may day 12
breakfast strawberry shake
lunch milk choc truffa bar and coke zero
dinner southen fried chicken (picked batter off) and salad
we had take out i just had the chicken out of it which is nice to be able to have a bit of a take away
done some more weeding in the front garden
 
sunday 19th may day 13
b, banana shake
l, chicken soup
d, 2 small eggs in to an omellet with some chives in it and a little bit of chicken and salad but couldnt eat it all
s, choco shake
3 teas, 1 coke zero 3 peppermint teas and 1 liter of water

had to keep pulling my jeans up today every time i bent down every one saw a little extra today (lol)
not had that problem before heee heee

b sweet porridge
l,lemon yoghurt bar
d, white fish steamed and brocolli and cauliflower
s will be choc shake warmed up

drinks so far 4 teas 1 and a half litres of water and will have some peppermint tes ina bit

weigh in in the morning cant wait, i know i have lost inches and my stomach has gone down loads
will see, feeling really good
 
well chuffed 6.2lbs and 1 and 1/2 inches of the waist
well happy and done loads of walking today as well

tuesday 21st day 15
b, chocolate truffa bar
l, strawberry shake
d, chicken salad
might have a soup later
4 teas and 3 peppermint teas 1 litre of water
