Lifeline online logging in problems

Hiya

Have tried to log into Lifeline online a few times today but each time I get the same message saying I haven't been to class for a few weeks now so I can't log on.

I was at class on Monday!!

Is anyone else having problems? Have emailed SW but had an auto response saying it may take up to 14 days for a reply!!!

Any ideas??

Tats weird. I signed on wed and ever time I clicked something an error page came up....they must be havin a few tech issues with it !!
