Thought I would like to start my own diary as I hate writing it down but I would like to take note of what im having and this seems to be a good way to do it.
Last week I started having my HE's and my weight loss went up again so Im going to stick to having them again and see if it stays up.
So here goes:
Extra Easy:
Breakfast.
1 Weetabix Chocolate Oaty Bar (HE-B)
1 Banana
Lunch.
1 Batchelors Chicken Cup a Pasta (1)
1 Apple
Dinner.
Mashed potato with milk and cheese (HE-A -half each)
Carrot, parnsip and turnip mash pack (2)
3 Quorn Cumberland Sausages
Onions Gravy made from bovril and oxo cubes
Syns total: 3
Exercise: 1 hour of Just Dance 2-Wii
