Hi guys, it's my 3rd weigh in today (23/01/2012) and it's the second week I've STS and was getting frustrated so I have been advised to write a diary for ppl to give tips and hints if I'm going wrong!

Monday: 23-01-12

20 min walk.

I'm usually in work early and so eat my breakfast by my desk, then by the time I finish and go to gym and get home it's late and as I live on my own I tend to eat pretty basic, quick meals during the week.

So.... Does it look right?!

Wednesday 25-01-2012

So Wednesday's I stay over my boyfs house and can't get to gym as it's 40 mins away from his house. Today's been an okish day munch wise, stayed in syns but I'm trying to save some for Friday night to have some pizza mmmmmm

Soooo today went ok... But it snowed!! Is it me, or is this week draaaaaging!! I was meant to go over my parents for tea but couldn't get to their house :(

Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. I understand kettle bells is hard (I've done a class) but there is no way yoga is easier than kettle bells!!! It was a fast class- sweat and everything!!!

Today was SO HARD!!! All I want to do is face plant the snack draw and stuff my face!! But it's weigh day Monday so best no go too mad!!

Ok so caught up earlier... I use to reward myself with junk on weigh day but then though how damaging it is to reward urself with food... Surely that can only lead to issues with food later on?! So I've stayed on it today!

I lost 2lb this week :) 1/2 pound off my 1/2 stone award but got that to look forward to next week (hopefully!!!)

I didn't think anyone would read my diary so thanks!!!
I'm pretty basic with my foods as I don't get a lot of time to cook so it's any thing that can be made in 60 mins or less. I didn't realise how much noodles n stir frys I ate until i started writing it all down. If u need food ideas or if u want to share any ones u find u like feel free :)

My weigh day is a Monday, good luck with yours!!!

Well I've been at this now for 12 weeks and have lost 1st 1lb but have got stuck lately. So I'm going back to writing it all down and really keeping an eye on things like I did in the beginning. :)
My husband & kids aren't veggies so I often lose the will cooking for me as I've already stood and made something different for them!
Have got a bit adventurous this week tho and tried the diet coke chicken recipe (with quorn) and also the mushy pea curry - that was fab and so fast!
My plan this week is to have superspeed soup everyday for lunch.

Mmm mushy pea curry sounds awesome! I'll have to tell me how u make it :)

1st 1!!! Wow! That's brilliant!! I did slimming world in 2008/2009 but was too hard to stick to living at home (my mums a brilliant cook!) I'm only on my 4th week this time 6.5lbs down so far :)

At least u know why u needed the sugar hit and it wasn't just for the hellovit!

Ive never noticed a difference tbh in my WI's when it's that time of the month so I'm sure you'll be fine.

I want SUGAR!!!!!!! I hate periods! All I want to do it inhale as much chocolate as possible!!!! It got to desperate measures and I had to use a few syns I had saved, I'm still under my suns but it's a few less to use on the weekend.

Linz it's even worse today!!! Another birthday and there's vanilla party cake (the slabs of cake you get from tesco with sweets n butter cream on top) and my officer just flashed a pack of giant cookies at me!!! If I don't lose at least a pound next week someone may get injured!!!
Mmmm these grapes taste exactly the same as cake.... *sarcasm machine explodes* :D x
