Hi guys, it's my 3rd weigh in today (23/01/2012) and it's the second week I've STS and was getting frustrated so I have been advised to write a diary for ppl to give tips and hints if I'm going wrong!
Monday: 23-01-12

Activia 0% far yogurt (muller lights aren't veggie) FREE
Low fat super free noodles FREE
Strawberries FREE (ss)
Pasta FREE

Mozzerella (HXA)
weigh watchers chocolate mini roll 4 SYNS
special K (2x HXB)
milk (HXA)
Output:
1hr aquasize
20 min walk.
I'm usually in work early and so eat my breakfast by my desk, then by the time I finish and go to gym and get home it's late and as I live on my own I tend to eat pretty basic, quick meals during the week.
So.... Does it look right?!
