I am please to say no cake or cookies (even though it was left on my desk for me) *double pat on the back* I have banked 32 syns so shall be using some tonight :) x

Got snowed in today but managed to go to yoga 1st *phew* but seen as the party was cancelled, I couldn't go shopping and cudnt get to OH house it was a very boring day which had me trying to not eat junk out of boredom.

Also, I got a bit liberal with the Healthy extras, as I didn't have any Friday I sort of are them today.... Oops!!! Better than eating lots of chocolate though!

I really struggle most days to use all my hex a & b's. I mentioned this once at class and everyone was drawing me dirty looks lol. Upside to being vegetarian/constantly on green.

777 dunno about that? I know I did a success express week before to boost my loses and that was quite good.
 
The welsh cakes look nice, a but like what we call drop scones/fat pancakes here.

I'm still debating as to whether not using all my hex's is ok or not, I always though it'd be fine but others on here think it's a no no. Sounds daft to say I struggle to eat them all. Lol

Now I get the 777 thing, sounds good actually.
Success express is when u have 2/3's of your plate superfree at each meal instead of 1/3.
 
Well I don't think eat enough but I eat enough for me... If that makes sense?! So I'm a bit concerned I'm not eating all my health extras. It's not I'm doing it on purpose I'm just not hungry.
Well I've asked 3 times on various pages but no one has answered... Do u need to have 1/3 free if ur doing green days of just EE?!

Bit late but here's yesterday's :) also, had some very good advice off my friend who lost 1 stone in 5 week!!! How amazing is that!! She's done so well!!
Also I've decided wday is going to be where I use up some of the syns I save as I'm over my bf and it gives me 4 days to burn it off.
also apparently fresh egg noodles might not be free?! Eek!!

I had no idea about the noodles either!

I always thought you still had to have 1/3rd superfree on green but noticed a few posts on here saying otherwise and after asking my consultant tonight it seems we don't - must look into it further

On another note I managed to gain 1.5lbs tonight! Oooops :)
 
Hey Linz :) how come it's effort to get it off but u even think of cake or chocolate or pastries and u gain! I'm still sure calories are air born and we breathe them in!!! :D
Apparently fresh egg noodles are 1/2 syn for 28g! So solves a bit of the mystery!! I really hope it doesn't snow again this weekend I've got my best mates bday (this may possibly be the 1st of her bdays I'll b sober in 10 years lol) and I intend to dance like a loon and show the young uns how it's done lol on the down side the dress I ordered was so unflattering so it's back to the drawing board for outfit ideas!
