Syns so far this week 75/ 60.5.... Looking at it that way I don't feel so bad!!! Going out 2mrw and there birthday cake!!! X
 
I've only had 4 drinks and my stomach still decided to wake me up with stomach cramps and then persists to ruin my night!! Listen up stomach I'm not having it u hear?! So wise up at let me go back to sleep grrrr just another fascinating side effect of having a useless thyroid! :(

Danced like an idiot for approx 3 hours, went to the gym for 30mins cardio and 1hr of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga.... All that has to cancel out some of the badness right?! :D

Hey Lindsay, sorry I disappeared, just catching up.
My lovely hubby took me away for the weekend to a quiet lodge with nothing to do but sit in the hot tub in the garden!
Was a fabulous early valentines treat but omg at the champagne & chocolates I consumed! I'm sure I'll break the scales this week! Lol :-D
 
Hey linzi! Wow what a romantic OH u have!!! Sounds lovely and relaxing!!! Where did u go? I lost a pound today I know it doesn't sound much but it got me to my half stone award!! I'm pleased only another 6 of them to get lol xx
 
Right, I wasnt going to 'fess up about yday bit I have to be honest for this to work or I'm cheating myself. Weight day today and lost a pound :) doesn't sound a lot but takes me to my 1/2 stone award and back to the weight I was in 2009.

Sooo.... Valentines night!! Managed to avoid chippie and got a tiny 150ml tub of ben n jerrys when the oh had 1pint. So pretty pleased but still abused my
Syns yday but as ling as it's under 105 come Sunday night I don't see the drama.

Today was ok, eating salad for dinner wasn't giving me enough energy to last the day and for the gym so next week I'm going to try having a roll for dinner.... Wonder of this will affect my weight loss having carbs for 2meals... But I really don't know what else to have?!

This week has been pretty tragic :( had day off yday with oh so went shopping and bought a snazzy new gym kit.... Then had food out in frankie n bennie as he wanted a calzone. How ever, I didn't eat much yday so hoping calories were low enough to not gain (I swear I'm not counting calories!!)

Saturday!! Why are the weekends a blinking mine field?!! Had a friends 30th last night everyone decided not to eat but I didn't drink either as I've abused syns all week! Defo gone over syns :( but I'm going to counter act it and try sneak in an extra cardio session today, though I did dance last night (I don't need alcohol to get me on the dance floor ;) ) However all the other designated drivers left at 9:45... I was out till 1am. Again, although I didn't eat much it just wasn't eating the right things. I weighed straight after gym and yoga out of curiosity and it said I'd lost 2.5lbs but I know I was dehydrated so a few hrs later after a drink and some food it said I'd lost a lb so I'm really hoping as I've done a lot of body magic this week that I can at least lose a pound. Going to do food shop after so need to get my act together!!!

Hols, missed a day out-oops!

Monday so it's weigh day and managed to lose 10oz not bad seen as I was a bit rubbish!! So now 13 stone 4lb 6oz to be exact :)

Decided to have an off plan meal on. Monday just as a break from constantly preplanning food.
