Linz Pro Points Food Diary

Have been good today, don't get weighed until Thursday so will be back to points as of Friday, haven't counted today, have tried to eat better/less

Breakfast was porridge, then ham sandwich for lunch, and dinner was salmon salad and Cous Cous . snacks today were fruit and a ww choc bar
 
So got weighed tonight, after three weeks of fannying about off plan, I have put on 2lbs. I'm fine with that tho, it could have been a lot worse!

I'm all set to be back on track tomorrow
 
Day one back on track,
No breakfast

Lunch was Mediterranean salad with medium chicken and a portion of halloumi cheese (nandos)

I still have points left over tonight for dinner, however I'm still quite full from lunch
