Hi everyone,

Just found S&S tonight and was wondering if you can use it to maintain weight after reaching your goal on LT whether as a full days intake or as meal replacements with a low carb evening meal. Has anyone tried both that can give me advice on this?

Kuromi in a word no, S&S is a VLCD just like LT. Its not designed for long term use juat like LT isnt

hi, thanks for your reply, I've since found out more about it and realised it's VLCD designed for weight loss rather than maintaining. Guess I'll have to do that the old fashioned way.
