Weigh In done my scales were saying +4.5 !!!
Scales that matter actually said +1.5 so much better than mine phew!!!!!

So currently at 10.1.5 lbs !

We only have white rolls so can't use them as a heb so will syn them will prob have 1 burger bun & 1 finger roll (will look up the syns in a bit and try and plan )

Went to boots this morning and weighed myself not sure what's going on but scales said 10'4.5 ??!!! Wtf
Have eaten so much salad !!!
