Aww thanks everyone, feel do motivated now and it's made me see that I can eat and lose weight!

Today's food

B - porridge, skim milk = 5 points
crumpet & marg = 3 points
D - ryvita x 3, Philly, ham = 5 points
T - chicken salad, potato wedges = 8 points
S - ww yog = 1 point
ww cake = 2 points
1 toast & marg = 3 points

Total 26 points
 
Feels weird doesn't it - eating and losing weight lol x
 
Today's food

D - missed it then felt dizzy so had a milky way from a shop = 3 points
T - salmon, baby new pots, broccoli = 9 points
S - ww cheese puffs = 2 points
ww hot choc = 1 point
Crumpet choc spread = 4 points
Ww cake = 2 points

Total 26 points
 
Oops, went 9 points over today, miscalculated a home made chilli that I cooked for tea with rice and a slice of garlic bread. Good job I get the extra 49 for the week :) x
 
Had a cheeky weigh after going over yesterday and 2lb down since weds :) x

Had a mini bag of cookies yesterday to top up my points :)

Today I'm going to The Deep in Hull and then a spot of shopping, I want a new outfit for going out next sat night.

Today's food

B - 2 x ww saus, 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 1 x toast, ketchup = 10 points

16 left for the day but not sure where we are eating yet got my points tracker on my phone so will be sure to stay within points :) x

So today for lunch while out I got a sarnie from tesco and their light choices stuff has the propoints on it so I picked ham salad which was 6 points. I ate it, yum. Then I went to add it to my tracker and it came up as 8 points so I worked it out on the calculator to check and it was 7 points!

D - ham salad sarnie and some grapes = 7 points
T - chicken, salad, baby new pots = 7 points

2 points left so either a Tia Maria or a ww cake!
 
Still going well, think ww is def for me. Love how I have everything on my phone to keep me on track and my phone is almost never out of reach :)

4 spare points may have a Tia Maria as I didn't have one the other night, weigh in tomorrow it's going really fast :) x
