Hi All,

Just found you on google and am delighted that there's a forum like this available. I started losing weight in 2008 I was about 285 pounds and very unwell. I got down as far as about 220 in 2009 but I have been yo yoing ever since. I am currently at about 237 pounds and really want to get down some more weight! So I'm starting my food diary again! :D Here goes...

Monday 18/07/2011:

Breakfast :

Pancakes from ww book (with pears): 7pp
mueller light choc and orange yogurt: 3pp

Lunch:

Tea (50ml milk taken from 100ml) = 1pp
2 x Wholegrain bread = 4
2 slices of Aldi's low fat cheddar = 4
Mueller light vanilla = 2
Mashed Banana = 0

Afternoon:

Tea (other 50 ml milk) = 0
Foxes Rocky bar = 3
Mandarin orange= 0

Dinner:

WW Beef Hotpot = 6pp
Mushrooms fried with no oil/butter = 0pp
Mueller light choc and orange = 3pp

Night time snack:

Tesco low fat chewey chocorange bar = 3pp
Tesco marshmallows x 4 = 3pp

Total for day 35/35 :D

Tuesday 19/07/11

Breakfast:

40g Readybrek = 4
200ml milk = 2
Pineapple = 0

Lunch:

2 x bread = 4
2 x cheese = 4
sweet chilli sauce = 0
Tea (50ml) = 1
Mueller Light Yogurt = 2
Mandarin Orange = 0

4pm snack :

tesco l/c bar = 3

Dinner:

150g Potatoes = 3
Rasher/bacon medallions = 2
Egg = 3
Mushrooms = 0
Rhubarb and custard = 3 (tesco light custard tub)

Supper:

Cup of tea (50ml) = 0
tesco light choices choc orange bar = 3
Aldi's laughing cow light = 1
