Bearing in mind what Irene said about the school hols possibly starting the following week, it might be best to meet up before then?

I agree - work for me too on the Monday.

Either date is fine by me - no kids for me to worry about, so I'll go with majority

Can you also suggest a hotel to look at too please? Never been to Liverpool so don't know where to go.

Most definitely! It was a really comfortable room with a great view - and a fab brekkie!! It may be a little pricey though. The Premier Inn is literally almost next door and might be a cheaper option.

It's about 10 mins walk. Not bang in the centre of the city but definitely walkable.

I checked availability too and the Premier Inn does seem to be full for both those weekends

I'm definitely up for this one - would be great to actually meet people The only weekend in July which would be a struggle for me is the last one as I'm going away then --- the one before would be great Fri 18th/Sat 19th.

Either weekend works for me - but reckon we should decide on a firm date soon(ish) as hotels are already getting booked up :sigh:

Thanks Sharon, I've changed the title to let everyone know. As you said, the sooner we know the sooner we can all book hotel rooms, train times etc.

So, let's decided as soon as possible, we have 2 dates to choose from and I think the sooner we decide on a date the easier it will be for everyone to book rooms, trains, time off work etc.

I can do either weekend so long as I book time off asap. So I'll leave it to you lovely people to let me know which date you prefer.
