why dnt all the people that are coming put down days they can make it and days they cant and see if we can find a day that suits everyone, im easy (steady) and its only the 29th i cant make, seems a shame if people cant make it, perhaps someone could make a poll with all the dates on it and people can put a vote on the one they cant make, so that we can see the dates not voted on are availible to all, does that make sense to you or just to me lol

I tried to get the dates across the box but all my Y's ended up on the left side instead of underneath the dates! Duh!!
