Starting with Yesterday...

B- Apple and 2 weetabix.
L- Mixed salad, SW coleslaw, couscous.
D- Lentil soup. Bean casserole (onions, tomatos and white beans) with rice.

Syns- 2 teaspoons of Nutella

HEA- Cheese and Milk
HEB- Wettabix and 1 TBSP EVOO.

Excerize- one hour at gym.
Extra - Full house clean.

A virtuous day following a few mistakes at the weekend :)
