LL in Manchester

Hello all,

I'm interested in finding a good LL group in the Manchester area. I've done Cambridge before so know what to expect but I really think I need to tackle the root of the problem and hope that CBT would help.

I've heard mixed reviews about LL, some that rave about how great the weekly sessions are and others that say they are a waste of time. So I thought I'd ask you (the experts) Is there a group in Manchester or surrounding areas that can offer a healthy dose fo CBT and help me get rid of my food demons once and for all?.... I hope so!

I don't know about the Manchester area but you culd try ringing a few LLCs and see which you click with.

you need to put your postcode in the Lighter life website and the names will show, I know there is one in SALE, WARRINGTON and WIDNES pretty sure there is now one in ALTRINCHAM LighterLife

There are also LLC's based in Bramhall, Romiley and Didsbury in South Manchester areas - I work at the one in Bramhall so of course I am biased!!!
