Log your healthy extra A's and B's for the day!

Just thought it'd be a nice idea to log what you're having for A's and B's to give others some fresh ideas to try those we may have forgotten about. Here's mine for the week so far, I know I need to get a bit more variety in !!

Monday
A 350ml skimmed milk
A 42g Feta
B 2 weetabix
B 6 Finn crisp thin crispbread

Tuesday
A 350ml skimmed milk
A
B 85g prunes
B 25g mixed seeds (HB+1syn)

Wednesday
A 350ml skimmed milk
A 42g Feta
B ryvita minis
B 2 weetabix

Thursday
A 350ml skimmed milk
A 42g low fat cheese
B 25g mixed seeds (HB+1syn)
B 71g dried apricots
 
Today i had:

A 42g mozerella
B 2 x Alpen lights
B Oaty bar

I'm often guilty of not varying my HEX much but have been trying to make more of an effort!!
 
Today I have had:

250ml semi skimmed milk HeA
2 Hovis nimble wholegrain bread HeB
1 Lemon Hifi bar HeB
 
I'm on green plan every day as I'm vegetarian.

I always have milk as an A choice plus Laughing Cow Extra Light or feta.

For my B choice I usually have porridge / Special K / hateful, horrible Nimble (!!!) / hummous / Alpen Light bars / Ryvita / crispbreads.
 
I had : -

(a)42g reduced fat cheese
(b)2 x nimble white

(guess what I had for lunch!)
 
Today I have had -

A - 28g's of cheese
B - 2 x Alpen Light bars

1 Asda'a own wholemeal pitta bread is a healthy extra B now as well :) Got told tonight at class!

350ml skimmed milk A
hifi bar B

A - milk (250ml)

B - 4 x Ryvitas
- Hifi bar

I follow EE and pretty much always have 350ml skimmed milk as my HEA!! HEB's tend to be 2 slices wholemeal bread, 2 Alpen lights or a Hifi bar.
