I've been a busy bunny too, have been off plan for 10 days due to Birfday celebrations galore- meals out +++ and as a result gained 4lb which was TOTALLY expected, in fact I feared worse!! So just have to reign it in big time this week which I'm looking forward to!!! Hope all OK with you XXXXXXX

4lb for 10 days is flippin good :D and belated happy birthday hunny.
All's well with me just so busy at work and so tired in evenings lol....vicious cycle. Weekends too are busy as its catch up time from weekdays lol, hey ho maybe will help with weight loss :rolleyes:

As usual you are doing great , just curious how you make your tartare sauce?

Thank you, always seem to do well food wise just slow to reep the rewards in weight loss lol

Tartare Sauce:
Extra Light Hellmans - 3tbsp 1pp
Chopped Gerkins and Capers
Seasoning

Finely chop gerkins and capers ( amount to your taste ). Mix into mayo and season and serve....simples :D

Hardly ever eat rice now and noticed today was twice!!...blame hubbie as he cooked me dinner for anfter weigh in lol
 
Yawn just finished first day of stock take.... Round 2 tomorrow at 8am til 10 pm. Will sleep all weekend me thinks :)

Resisted all food provided including 120 dominos pizzas which were delivered at 6 pm. I heated up my ready meal wohoo so virtuous and I was the only person who wasn't stuffed and sluggish after :)
