after getting my stone award and having a couple weeks sts and this week a gain
ive decided to do it online (a food diary that is!) bad stuffs included no point lying to myself, so no holds barred, and then depending how i get on at WI next tuesday i can review and see where i may have done good or poosibly gone wrong

hex b: 2 weetabix
Brekkie: salmon(35g) and a cuppa with 1 sweetner
Lunch: Steak salad 1tsp horseradish(1) slices of pineapple and mango
Snack: Mullerlight, diet fizzy can
Dinner: Goulash Meatballs (from Lifeline online-free-) salad cuppa
Supper: 2 weetabix and rest of hex a
cuppa with 2 biscuits (8)
Syns: total for day 9

biscuits with my evening cuppa(8)
