Losing the will to continue

There's a lady in my class who's in a similar situation to you. She's struggled since Xmas to lose those final few lbs. About six weeks ago she said she didn't have cereal for breakfast for that week & lost 3lbs that week. Since then she's basically stayed the same (up half a lb, down half a lb). Last week she again gave up cereal for breakfast and lost an amazing 3.5lbs! I was just wondering - could it be something as simple as this that's holding you back? This lady is weighing her cereal and eating it according to the plan, but she finds if she cuts it out she loses weight. Weird, but hey, it's working for her (although the tinned mackerel she's having for brekkie is enough to make me chuck!)

You've done so well so far. I really hope you find something to suit, to get those final lbs off :)
