Thank you. Yes, went from jeans size of a 50 inch waist to 36 inch. ;-) Don't really want to go below 32 though. That is more than skinny enough. But I think 34 will what I'll end up with and that suits me fine.

And the weightloss journey continues. Here is an up to date comparison. Now 32 inch waist, used to be 52 inch.

I don't understand my body, though. Do I look 16st 10lbs? I don't think I do and how can I have a 32 inch waist with still being classed as 'mildly' obese on the BMI? (I'm 6ft tall) ... Very strange world.
