Lost 5 lbs this week :)

Weighed in yesterday but wasn't able to get online (putting Xmas tree up) Am very happy.Looking forward to having a break on Monday and Tuesday though.Am going to buy some ketostix today to see if i can stay in ketosis over those 2 days
