I don't really know much about CD but I guess different people have different side-effects, just like some people suit certain diets more than others.

Yes Gemma, it is SF. I have 2 shakes or soup or meal bars a day plus a healthy meal in the evening and up to 2 snack bars or packets of SF crisps a day. I rarely have the snacks though, but it's nice to know they are there. It's a great way to lose weight and eat healthily too.
