Lost lots of weight, but at the point where I might put it all back on???

    Hi everyone! :)

    I've come a long way and have gone from 19st to the top endish of 11st, but I'm at the point now where I've started to binge and crave really bad food (where I never used to before)...

    I think this is the make or break point where people say, those who have lost weight usually put it back on and more...

    It'd be greatful to hear from anyone that's in the same boat??

    Would it help to go to a slimming club. Some need that discipline to maintain.

    Are you still keeping track of what you are eating and aiming to have every day a good day?

    Have you lost a bit of motivation? Anything you are looking forward to when you lose a bit more? If so pics of it are helpful.

    Lozzy, time to have a good sit down with yourself. When are you binging and why?

    What are you doing that is working for you I.e. Walking or water intake.

    What can u do today which will keep u motivated?
