lost the pound I put on last week !!


I want to be fitter again
Well with my weight loss being so slow I have decided not to take much notice of the weekly weights but have decided to look at monthly figures. I do a starting weight from the first weigh in in the month and then a final weight for the last weigh in of the month. These are the results so far.
  • May lost 5 lbs
  • June lost 4 lbs
  • July lost 1.5 lbs
  • August lost 4 lbs
  • September lost 2.5 lbs
  • October lost 2 lbs​
that is much more motivating tha seeing STS or half pound off etc x​

Well done on the loss this week. I think that's quite a good idea doing it on a month by month basis.
