I want to be fitter again
Well with my weight loss being so slow I have decided not to take much notice of the weekly weights but have decided to look at monthly figures. I do a starting weight from the first weigh in in the month and then a final weight for the last weigh in of the month. These are the results so far.
- May lost 5 lbs
- June lost 4 lbs
- July lost 1.5 lbs
- August lost 4 lbs
- September lost 2.5 lbs
- October lost 2 lbs
that is much more motivating tha seeing STS or half pound off etc x
