Well, I've just got back from starting at a new class, I'm really positive for a change, I think the support of bf is what I need.

Having a red day today and tomorrow too!.......... ohh and I've not been to slimming world for about a month or so, and only put on 2lb, so I'm really happy with that.

MUST KEEP GOING THOUGH!!


bloody hell louise you deserve a medal for only putting on 2lbs!!! i can put that on in a couple of days if i come off plan.

well done on going back to class - looking forward to seeing your 1st week back weigh-in results. :)
 
Thanks Karen, but I was still sticking loosely to the plan, so I think that explains it!

Red day again today (arrgh)

B: 2 poached eggs on toast (1B)
L: Chicken, peppers, red onion with salad
D: Going out with friends so a huge steak with salad

S: Onion rings with steak!!

Happy Tuesday everyone, I'm off to the dentist AGAIN x
 
Argh, I hate the dentist (although I love her really), guess who needs root canal treatment - me!!!

Morrrning!

Green day for me today (at long last)...

B: Strawberries and 2 ryvitas (1/2B) with cottage cheese
L: Meat free ravioli (free)
D: Chickpea dahl and rice (free)
 
It's my collegues birthday today..... for this reason I got force fed two big squares of marshmallow rice crispy chocolate cake thing.....

.........plus I'm going to the cinema tonight......... I'm going to have tea before I go though, so hopefully I'll be satisfied with a couple of grapes.. xxx

Right, I need to be good today and stick to plan. I've got no excuses, I'm not going out any where so will do a big shop at Tesco after work and stock up on free food.

B: 2 yogurts
L: Strawberries, ryvita (1B) and cottage cheese
D: SW smash pizza

S: Rocky road (10 syns)
 
Thankfully it's all gone now Taz!!

Anyway...

Today, offically a green day but lots of syns involved...

B: Baked beans on toast (1B)
L: Going out for lunch with work, maybe chicken salad (1B)
D: Probably potato wedges with veggie chilli (free)

S: few chips at lunchtime...
 
Ok...... Monday morning (arrgh)....

Green day today

B: SW rice pudding (free)
L: 6 crackerbreads, cottage cheese and french fries (1B)
D: Pasta and quorn meatballs (free)

Will fit in another B some where and trying to cut down on syns as I've been taking the p*ss lately!!
 
What about more free food? That doesn't seem like a lot and none of it seems very filling
 
Hmm, I see what you mean Taz, but I'm not really hungry, I'll eat loads of free food if I'm hungry.

Anyway - Tuesday - Green Day

B: Free SW rice pudding and a chopped banana
L: Pasta salad and quorn meatballs (left overs) with a packet of quavers
D: Not sure yet, possibily mushroom rissoto or egg and wedges


Ohhhh, and just ate 6 dry crisp breads at my desk, so there is 1B!

how are you making your rice pudding i really fancy some
 
* Boil some pudding rice in water
* Drain and leave to cool for a few mins
* Tip into a bowl and add a little sweetner (optional)
* Stir in a vanilla flavour muller light yogurt
* Done!

I always make a huge bowl full so I can just have a few spoonfulls when I'm waiting for dinner to cook etc. It's a great breakfast food too as it keeps me full up and don't have to use a B on porridge / cereal etc.
