Weighed In a day early as I waaay for weekend. Lost 1.5lbs. Friday was totally off plan, Saturday not brilliant but could have been worse.

Saturday 13th August 2011

B: fruit salad, ff raspberry yogurt, poached egg, 2 sausages, 2slices Bacon, 1 slice toast with jam, orange juice, coffee.

L: melon & strawberries, grilled sea bass, sauted potato, tomato & green bean salad, lettuce, cucumber, meringue with mixed berries & cream, water.

D: Thai peanut chicken curry with special fried rice, (21.5 syns)

Difficult to syn today as I have no idea what sausages were, what to count for salad dressing, etc etc. Will try hard to cut back on syns for text of week to make up for it.

L: plain omelettes, baked beans, bacon, 1 slice wholemeal toast (5 syns) 2 cups coffee (1 syn for sugar). Nectarine and pear

Today looks great Kerry! At least you have learnt that even if you go off track so long as you are 100% as soon as possible you can do it! :D I am proud of you!

Glad you had an amazing spa break! You deserved it!

Is there anything this week that you think might hold you back from an amazing loss?
 
Lol, thank you Hannah. Im feeling pretty good today and there is absolutely nothing on the horizon that should stop me having a decent loss so fingers crossed. Am hoping to lose the rest of the weight I had regained so another 2-3lbs would be fantastic.

WI: + 1lb. Bit gutted. Friday & Saturday last week completely off plan with being away. Obviously had too many syns mid week to make up for it.

B: 50g apple crumble & custard crunch cereal milk (hex a & 10 syns)

L: no lunch, too busy

D: 2 poached eggs chips beans yogurt nectarine

Snacks: 2 alpen light (hex b), pear, banana, nectarine, coffee, squash, hot chocolate (2 syns)

Way to many syns for breakfast cereal but goodness it was yummy for a treat.

Been a bad couple of days. Today supposedly a green day but ended up eating turkey goujons which has blown my syns for the rest of the week. no syns for next 3 days. That's gonna be tough. Really annoyed with myself as it was just greed not hunger.
