Hi there.
You seem to be having a tough time of it at the moment.
I know you said you used all your syns but could you not allow yourself even just a few everyday as I really find if I dont have ANY in a day I either dont loose any weight or I go nuts and eat 10x as much as if I had just had 1 or 2 small things.

Just a suggestion!

Hi lila. I have been a complete pig this week. I only have today and tomorrow to get through so not too long but I will allow myself a max of 5 syns each day if I really need to have them. I'm not expecting to have a loss this week as I realise I cant binge like that and say its fine coz I didn't go over weekly syns. Judy hoping to do a bit of damage limitation.
