My friend who I live with is watching his weight at the moment, and made a wonderful 'meal' of ryvitas and low fat cheese spread, whereas I was tucking into a huge dinner of chicken, rice and veg, all free on EE!! He looked even more miffed when I then got a jam and cream doughnut (12.5 syns but so worth it!) afterwards. He said "Jam and cream doughnut? I thought you were on a diet..."
