    Hi, I am new to dieting and have been doing some research as to the best way to loose weight, but it seems everyone has something different to say...

    Can anyone advise me as to what calorie intake I should be eating each day to loose weight at a healthy pace?

    Your BMI appears healthy given your height? Are you 5ft 8?

    if you go to myfitnesspal website you will be able to find some calculators to help you. Good luck with you journey.

    If you are going to do a vlcd make sure you research it and know what you are doing.
