I can feel myself slipping, not calorie counting and simply guessing (most likely wrongly) at my daily intake - meaning that my weight loss is no-way as large as it should be.
So I have decided that a diary should help me keep on track.
My daily allowance is 1800 calories, I'll start this tomorrow.
Format to use:
