You cannot believe how tired I am now. Was not too bad this morning but its all catching up with me now and I am heading off to bed again in my very warm room. x

The training session went well today - really good group which always helps. Not much else to report other than the ice cream I had tonight....weird flavour - rose petal one of them was and the other like parma violets (like you had when you were a kid) - whatever happened to vanilla, chocolate and strawberry - why do chefs have to get all fancy-dan when it comes to the straightforward things in life. xx
 
I dont know but people messing with Ice cream flavours gets my goat!! I am a straight mint choc chip girl..not peanut butter and sausage flavour! Somethings should be left alone!! :)
 
How come I didn't post here yesterday? I'm loosing it big time. Glad you're maintaining with a vengance and hope th enext 2 days don't kill you off with heat exhaustion in that over warm hotel room.

I think I would like parma violet ice cream :p

It wasn't unpleasant - just a bit weird really.

Training went well. Good group and lots of laughs - its great that I get paid to have a really good time! Result.

Today working from home so getting caught up with the domestics - washing in now - might go out on my bike later.

Had a session with Davina last night (oooh missus;)) and am finding it easier each time....which is nice as it killed the first couple of times I did it.

Not much else to report - except looking forward to the weekend meet. I will be most likely along Saturday night for the chinese grub....spending Saturday day with my lads.(unless, of course, they ditch me...then I will be heading for the quays!) x

Which workout are you doing? I am using super body workout and first time I did it I couldn't finish the first part! :eek:

I think with all these workouts dvd knowing the routine helps and make it less physically difficult when you know the moves and what coming next!

How s your running?

I'm OK with the super fit part, but the super sculpt I couldn't do, with all the squats!

Proves you must be fit if you can do it all :p

went back on the treadmill for the first time in a week tonight and it was really hard. Only did 2 miles and most of that was walking fast up a steep incline. Need to get back into the swing of it big time.

this last week has seen me slip away from my discipline (for one reason or another...more excuses rather than real reasons to be fair) so will be back on the wagon 100% as of Monday. Will get my weekend with the girlies out of the way first and just do the exercise from now till then - while not going overboard.

Think I will have put on tomorrow - but nothing major that can't be shifted again.

Isn't scary how quickly fitness declines! I used to be really good at cross country in highschool and used to run for ages. Well that was in year 9, by year 10 I couldn't give a crap and I lost my fitness within the year! Now I get out of breath walking up a hill :p

Never think a blow out won't catch up with you....

Stepped on the scales this morning - and since yesterday I have gained 5lbs!!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

So, no back on the wagon on Monday - back on the wagon TODAY - 18pts it is for today and Sunday - Saturday will probably be a bit over but planning to not eat much during the day so I can have my chinese night out with the girlies...

I reckon its taken about 7 days for that extra food to catch up with me - that is so scary....and why does it wait to drop on at once. It could have built me up slowly to the big whammy!

Hoping some of it is water. Fingers crossed.
 
Hi Rosie, surely that has to be water, still annoying when you have been working out so well...
