Hi Teapot, thank you your doing amazingly with you're weight loss!! I have another 5st 6lb i want to lose by ideally end july/mid aug latest am i being unrealistic?!?

Difficult to guess at this point Lucy, but LT say you should lose a stone a month, so it's possible! I still take it one day at a time, and it all adds up. You're doing great x x x
