Dinner

Prawns, Pasta and Garlic and Herb Philli Light.

Not sure how many points yet as it depends how hungry i am, but i have up to 15.

My snacks for this evening will be raspberries and grapes.

WI tomorrow! I'm nervous again!

hey hun yep it was today, lost 1lb, which is fine i suppose, not very good considering ive stuck to my pp everyday and only used 16 weeklies but never mind!!

How have u got on xxx
 
Hi everyone.

I havnt updated for a few days but i had a really good weekend. Managed a birthday party without the buffet and i stayed within my points and didnt use all of my weeklies i have 12 weeklies left since friday so i'm well chuffed with that its not like me :)

Tuesday 22nd May

Breakfast

2 Slices of toast and butter 4pp

Snack

Digestive 2pp

Lunch

1/2 carton sainsburys chicken and veg broth 3pp
1 slice of bread 1 pp

Snack

Fruit Salad 0pp

Dinner

Half pack garlic mussells 2pp
40g pasta 40pp
30g light philli with garlic and herbs 1pp

I ate one meatball from my brothers left overs this morning lol 2pp

That leaves me with 7pp. Might add a slice of garlic bread to dinner later.

Had a bad few days but back on track after a sts this week.

I've been going to the gym a while now but i'm getting bored now going to give bootcamp a try 3 times a week for a month and see which i prefer. Have a good weekend x

Hi stef,

Had a nighmare few weeks. But i've had a word with myself as i have 9 weeks till i go away for the weekend and 14 till my holiday. I would love 2lb a week off for the next 9 weeks so goin to hve to get back to the gym and stop cheating!
