It really does sound great. I'm not sure if it will work for me with so much still to lose but worth a try hey. Deffor worth playing with to lose the last few lb's or to maintain!

I love reading people losing on it but still a bit apprehensive, fingers crossed it works for me xx

Hehe yeah it seems everyone is going crazy about the JUDDD. I wanted to try it not long after I started but decided to wait until near goal... that never happened though :pxx

Giving JUDDD a try - 01/10/12

Day one of the new/trial diet so had to weigh myself. I was very worried at the number I would see and ended up putting it off for hours. It's bad, but not as bad as I thought it would be... I've gained back nearly half of the 39.25 lb I lost on S&S. Today I weigh 14st 3.25 lb so a gain of 19.25 lb in just over 9 weeks.

Startred with a DD and chose to eat a curry pot noodle at 392 cals. I'll make up the rest with tea or something because my DD cals are 406, my UD cals are 2028.

Sure you will soon be back down hun

I'm gonna be playing with juddd as I refeed. Using the simple 500/2000 format.

Look forward to seeing how you find it xxx

I am gonna try sticking to my allowances so if it doesn't work then I cant say it's because I had too much or too little lol xxx
