Apart from some of the sweets I brought back from America managed to keep on track yesterday and was 1lb lighter this morning. Had a shake this morning followed by a caramel latte. Will be having an exante meal shortly and then a chicken dinner followed by strawberries, raspberries and ice cream. Even though I don't feel up to being 100% I'm going to try to do 2 packs and a meal a day and see what happens.
