I hope this is it - Lynne actually back on track. Apart from 2 cheese portions (brie and mature cheddar) bought in M&S in the train station on the way home I've just had a vanilla shake, a strawberry shake and a shepherd's pie today! I do find it a long day when I'm at work. I get up at 6 (alarm set at 5!), leave at 7 and get back at 7.30.
Hoping for another loss tomorrow!
