Maintaining on points

    Hi everyone,

    I just joined here - I've been a ww member since December 2009 and I've lost 104.5lb currently. I only want to lose another 7lbs approximately and I've recently gone back onto Discover as Propoints wasn't working for me. I have actually been down to my goal weight but I'm finding it really hard to maintain and my weight is fluctuating a lot week on week - I can't find the points maintenance guidelines anywhere and was wondering if anyone can help out with this?

    I'm looking forward to getting to know y'all and definitely to raiding the points recipe section - I'm planning to bake some butternut squash muffins today so I will upload the recipe if they turn out well!!

    I'm pretty certain it was +6 points to whatever points you were on for losing :)
