Porridge with S Milk (HEA & HEB)

Lunch
Bachelor's Pasta n Sauce-Creamy Chicken & Herbs = 1/2 syn
Rachel's Organic LF Rhubarb Yogurt with sliced banana = 2.5 syns

Dinner
Homemade Chili & Rice
(Minced beef, onion, carrot, garlic, tomatoes, kidney beans, spices)
2 tbsp soured cream = 3

Total Syns = 6

Jacket Potato with baked beans.
Mixed Salad
Rachel's Organic LF Rhubarb Yogurt with sliced banana = 2.5 syns

Dinner
Beef Casserole
(Stewing beef, onion, carrot, leek, garlic, tomatoes, Swede, Parsnip, stock)

Oh, I haven't kept this up to date very well!!! Now I am writing it down instead of keeping track online, I will do this every day.
