Sounds like you are doing really well. loving the idea of a cheese triangle even if it is low low. lol
 
Day 6

Breakfast-slept in so had nada!

Lunch-paprika spiced chicken and salad.

Dinner- garlic spiced chicken and small amount of pasta with ww pasta sauce.

snacks- a muller light and grapes.

Drinks-1litre of water and 2 cans of pepsi and 1 tea.
