Green Day Marinated chili tofu

First time i had cooked and eaten tofu and I was impressed so heres what i did

You will need a pack of firm tofu
4 tbsp of rice vinegar
2tbsp of soya sauce
1 green chilli
1 spring onion
3 cloves of garlic

Plus the vinegar and soy sauce in a flat dish. Chop the chili and spring onion up very finely and crush and chop the garlic. Add to the liquid.

Next open and drain your packet of tofu. Cut up into sizable cubes and place in with the marinade. Tip the contents of the dish into a freezer bag and tie the top and give it a shake and leave for 2-3 hours.

When ready heat a wok up and spray with a little frylight throw in sliced spring onions(a good bunch) and a red pepper and stir fry for 2 mins. Add the contents of the bag into the wok and stir fry(gently now so you dont break up the tofu) and cook for 3-4 more minutes.

To serve either have noddles or stir fried veg. Put in a wok mange tou, thinly cut savoy cabbage, peppers and carrots(both cut into fine matchsticks, and put a little water in there.

Also sw egg friend rice.

Get your wok and scramble three eggs which a pinch of salt in it and add cooked rice(left to dry), tos in some peas and voila easy simple tasty dinner :D
