Do I have to syn this or can I break it down to green or red days and just count the mayo as syns. Only had egg and banana at breakfast. I have done a search but couldnt find the info and I dont start class till next week

yes it would need to be synned.

You will need to put nutritional information into the syns calculator, selecting the main ingredient as your free food. (the main ingredients, will be the first one listed under the packages list of ingredients)
