Brekkie apple and hifi bar

Lunch salad (lettuce toms cue spring onion eggs lf dressing laughing cow lite a few croutons)

Tea prob stir fry veg & Noodles soy sauce
 
Ended up having jacket poato, beans & a huge salad (lettuce, toms, cue, spring onion, beetroot, egg, low fat dressing) for tea plus a couple of laughing cow lights (hex) instead of butter in the jacket, used a little bit of milk in coffee (hex) and had 2 hifi light bars (hex), the only syns I had were a few croutons (est 4)
 
Thursday

Brekkie: apple and hifi light bar (hex)

Lunch: chicken mugshot, salad with lettuce, tom, cue, spring onion, beetroot, egg, low fat dressing, a couple of croutons (4 syns) 2 lc lite (hex)

Tea: noodles, stir fry veg (all free) used with frylite, might have quoron chicken with it too, soy sauce

snacks: fruit salad - pineapple, melon & mango

drinks: coffee with sweetners and drop of ss milk (hex) about 4 cups, 2 cups green tea, lots of no cal squash

exercise; 2 x 20 min dog walks
 
Friday

Banana Alpen bar (hex)

Lunch

Salad- lettuce tomato cucumber lf dressing, noodles & veg (all free)
Slice of sw free quiche (pasta n sauce mushrooms cottage cheese and eggs)

Snacks

Lots of fruit (pineapple mango melon)

Drinks Green tea coffee (ss milk as hex) sugar free squash

Tea

Prob free quiche with salad and beans

Saving syns for drinks sat

Exercise 2 x 20 min walks
 
Saturday

Banana hifi light bar (hex)

Lunch

Salad, free quiche

Tea

Free quiche, huge fruit salad, hifi light bar

Lots of vodka and diet coke in Eve
 
Ended up drinking more syns than I should have but good night so worth it!

Sunday

Slice of free sw quiche
Fruit salad
Quorn Ham & lc light triangles
Velvet crisps

Lunch / tea

Meal out in pub - hunters chicken with salad and chips (left most of the chips)

Naughty day but back on 100% plan now
