Peanut butter on toast

Special k & ss milk

Burger in roll with cheese, onion rings, Mayo/ketchup

Sml slice of cake

Went for a swim & sauna/Steam
2 long dig walks

Not a great weekend healthy eating wise but will get back on track being good tomorrow
 
Monday

Brekkie: banana

Lunch: Sml roll, laughing cow, cup a soup, apple, Alpen bar

Snack: crumpets with laughing cow

Tea: pasta salad in tomato based sauce

Exercise: half hour easyline class
 
Tuesday

Not going to class tonight, decided to just weigh myself at home tonight at the normal time. Not really been following plan but trying to eat healthy and do exercise everyday and will see how I get on after a couple of weeks, if I stop losing I'll go back on sw :)

brekkie:

lunch:

vegetable cupasoup, nectarine, small wholemeal roll with laughing cow

tea:

2 x crumpets with laughing cow
little bit of pasta salad with tomato based sauce

exercise:

planning on an hour of aerobics (legs bums & tums) and if I feel up to it will do an hour of pilates afterwards too :D

Planning on restarting on slimming world on Monday after a long break! After quitting smoking I have put on weight again and I'm now at around 10 and a half stone, would ideally love to get down to around 9 but would be happy at 9 and a half. I've already joined the gym and I'm going to classes/swimming a few times a week as well as lots of walks with my dogs but the weight isn't shifting so I think I need to look at what I'm eating too. I've always done well on slimming world in the past, not going to go to classes just going alone. I still have all the books etc and will use this site for support. Will start posting my daily food and exercise diary from monday :)
 
All ready to start tomorrow, had a naughty weekend but fresh start in the morning :)

Bought all healthy Sw friendly food and planned my meals for the week. Also planned my exercise.

Just weighed myself and I'm 10st9lb will be happy to get below 10 in 5 weeks :)

Planning on doing nearly all green days as I rarely eat meat anyway.

Monday - Green Day

Brekkie:

Muller light fat free cherry greek style yoghurt (half a syn)

Lunch:

Noodle Mug Shot
Small wholemeal Pitta (hexB)
Laughing cow extra light 1 traingle (hexA)
velvet crisps (4 syns)

Snacks:

alpen bar (hexB)
laughing cow extra light triangles (hexA)
quorn ham

Tea:

SW Quiche:-
pasta n sauce, low fat cottage cheese, eggs, spring onions, mushrooms, tomato
with salad - lettuce, tomato, lf dressing (maybe 2-3 syns total)

Drinks:

tea/coffee with sweetners and tiny bit of ss milk (hexA) maybe 4/5 cups
sugarfree squash
water

Exercise for today:

2 x 30 min walks with the dogs
1 x 55 mins spinning class
1 x 20 min swim followed by steam and sauna (will decide later if going for swim etc)

Had Sw quiche for tea with a quorn peppered steak and beans. Alpen bar for pud might have a little club bar too as in a choccie mood.

Had a short swim and steam after legs bums & tums. Rubbish short walks today with dogs due to rain :(

Joined sw again tonight, starting tomorrow, weight is 11stone 2.5lbs eek, combination is quitting smoking (again) and just been on a cruise! Aiming for 9 stone, will be mostly doing green, keeping a food diary on here as it keeps me focused :)
