Hi I'm Maria I'm 24 and I started SW again yesterday with about 3st to lose :( I'm determined this is it so to help keep me on track I have decided to keep a food diary on here, please feel free to comment if anythings wrong.x

I usually have breakfast later in the day as I can't eat 1st thing so I don't usually have lunch as I'm not hungry again until dinnertime.


Yesterday

B: nimble(HE B) marg 2.5syns, spaghetti hoops, banana

D: SW cheesy broccoli pasta bake with extra veg

HE A: milk

Snacks
Apple x2
Muller light

Syns
Cheese 4

Total syns: 6.5

Hi hun, well done for starting your own Food Diary :)

The only thing I'd say is it doesn't look like you're eating very much at all, forgive me for saying so. I know if this was all I'd eaten all day I'd be famished!

You're doing well with using up your Healthy Extra's and Syns, but I'd just suggest maybe upping your food intake. I know it's confusing and sounds silly, but we do actually need to eat enough in order for the plan to work properly.

If you're looking for some inspiration, the link to my Food Diary is in my signiture. I'm in my second week of re-starting Slimming World and have lots of examples of what I've been eating on there.

Apart from that, looking good. Good luck xx

Hi thanks for taking the time to reply,when it's written down it really doesn't look like much! I would usually have toast or something at night but I think that's where I have failed before so I'm trying to cut that out, I know I have the syns to eat it if I want but I think it's more habit than hunger but I will take ur advice and eat more during the day.
When I done SW before I always had all my syns everyday but always went way over at the weekend with my bevvies as I go out most sat nites so I'm trying to save some syns for that. Didn't realise I had written so much lol now I'm away for a nosey at ur diary :) xx

So had a really good day today and feeling very positive :)

Today i have had

B: 2 nimble (HEx B) marg 1.5 syns, bacon and frylight fried egg, banana

L: 1 nimble 3 syns, spaghetti hoops, apple

D: rice, SW chips, veg curry 6 syns, 2 oranges

HEx A milk

Total syns 10.5

Hi hun yeah I'm feeling great this time around- long may it continue :) I'm going out 2moro night so gonna try and keep the syns down 2day so I have more leeway.

Today's food

B: banana, 2 satsumas, mullerlight

L: 2 wholemeal bread (HE B & 3 syns) Mayo 4 syns, lettuce, 2 satsumas

D: baked potato, beans, cheese (HE A) laughing cow light 1.5 syns, lettuce, red onion, peppers.

Milk 3 syns

Snacks:

Apple
Banana


Total syns: 11.5

I'm going out 2nite so just a quick update

B: 2 wholemeal bread (HE B & 3 syns), marg 1.5 syns, jam 1 syn, mullerlight, grapes, orange, pineapple.

L: 1 wholemeal bread 4.5 syns, Mayo 2syns, chicken, lettuce.

D: boiled rice, chicken and veg 3 syns.

Total syns: 15

Was kinda off track 2day as I wanted to save some syns for alcohol 2nite but have saved a few throughout the week so hopefully il be ok. x

Haven't been on for a while so just a quick update.

On sat nite I had quite a lot of alcohol, don't know how many syns and not sure I could even remember how much to syn it so I'm not gonna worry, it's done now so il just draw a line under it and move on.

Sunday was very good food wise.

Monday:

Brunch: 2 w/meal bread (HE B & 3 syns) marg 1.5 syns, ham, lettuce, cheese (1/2 HE A) apple, orange.

D: noodles 7 syns and stirfry 3 syns for sauce.

Snacks:

Cookie 7 syns!!!! I really should have syned it BEFORE I ate it :(

Milk 1/2 HE A

Total syns: 21.5

L: 2 oranges, banana

D: rice, SW chips, Thai green chicken curry with loads of veg (7 syns)

HE A: milk

1st weigh in today and iv lost 6 lb! Really wasn't expecting that much, I'm so happy :)

B: banana, 2satsumas, apple and mullerlight

L: 1 nimble (1/2 he b) beans and cheese (1/2 he a)

D: potatoes, beef casserole (2/3 veggies) broccoli, green beans, marg 1 syn

Snacks:
fun size twirl 6 syns
Fun size diary milk 4 syns
