mashed spuds

Hi all, not sure if this has been done before, so apologies if it has. I made mash last night, I haven't made it before cause i don't fancy it with quark, and i was very pleased with the texture and flavour. I mashed the spuds with nothing on them then added some sprays of frylight buttery, mashed some more then slowly added about 100mls of veg stock made from a cube, mashed again, then folded in a splash of milk with a wooden spoon and whipped it til it creamy. It was really tasty and i will definitely be having it again. Just got to be careful not to have a too big a portion :eek:. Xx
 
Ooh what a good idea with the vege stock! I tried it with flora buttery and milk and they were good but defo gonna try the stock! X
