measurements after 3 weeks - i've never really measured when losing weight before and when i did cd last time my cdc didn't really do my measurements... so please advise me if this is good...

after three weeks:
4.5 inches off waist
2 inches off hips
3 inches off bust
1.5 inches off arms
1 inch off thighs

4 off waist
